How long does it take for my order to ship?

 Orders will take 2 to 5 business days to process before they are shipped from Natural Livity Location. During the holiday season, especially November Thanksgiving/Black Friday weekend orders can take anywhere from 14 business days for your order to ship. NL is a a company where we do our herbal blends in small batches, we do give thanks for the support! We do not use third-party facilities to ship our products. NL produce, and ship out all orders from home facility, which may take longer than what you’re used to. NL appreciloves your patience and receiving natures natural blends. The goal is to always make sure every order is handled with care properly pack and ship in a timely manner. WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED and website is closed on Saturdays. All tracking numbers are sent via email automatically once shipped. Dates will be posted when I do not ship, for observance of certain days of the year. 


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

 It will take 2 to 5 business days to receive after it has been shipped and based on the shipping chosen at checkout. Deliveries are made through USPS first class and USPS priority mail Ups option as well. 


How do I track my package? 

 Email tracking numbers are sent automatically in VA email. Check your junk folder or spam in at Natural Livity to your priority inbox so our emails don’t get trashed.


Do you ship international?

 Yes, we ship to Caribbean countries, Canada and US territories at the moment! NL has reached higher heights and the tribe is global!

As we honor, mother nature, we have to respecting of her time, growth and development. We do give thanks for your patience and respect to Natures process. 

 Canada and other international orders take about 7-14 business days to receive. We do ask that you keep in mind the regulations and rules/ law that your country has for products allowed to enter in that county. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items that are held by customs if that country prohibits the product/item. 


What’s the shipping cost?

To ensure you’re paying the most cost-effective phrase, shipping is calculated pending location shipping preferences and weight. When you enter in your information at checkout, you see the exact cost.

What if I gave you the wrong address and the post office has the order or it delivered to the wrong address? 

 Once your Order is in transit it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. We would want to support you in any way possible, however once it is sent, we have no information about your package once the post office receives it. NL ensures that the product is delivered to the address submitted/entered at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to give the correct address to Natural Livity, NL IS NOT LIABLE OR REQUIRED to issue any refund or resend products. If the package and returns to sender, have a re-shipping fee.



What do I do if my package is damage upon arrival? 

 Here at NL, we make it our duty to take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely, and with no damages, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as in transit by the shipping carrier, risk of damages, or the loss of the item, passes to the shipping carrier. If, and when this occurs, prior to receiving a replacement, you must submit a claim with the carrier. It’s best to choose priority mail, so you will have insurance rather than USPS first class packaging (there is no insurance included with that choice). Natural Livity does not take responsibility for any stolen packages once they have been labeled “delivered “by the post office carrier. You will have to submit a claim prior to requesting a replacement.

International orders & customs questions 

When dealing with customs, one must keep in mind, custom regulations, weather conditions, and other factors may affect shipments that are going to international addresses. These are overseen by UPS and USPS not by Natural Livity.

When a package leaves the United States to go to your country, USPS, postal site stops tracking. Please refer to the post office or customs in your country with your tracking information for more assistance on locating your items/products. 

International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Upon request we have found that DHL is the most reliable and fastest, with that reliable service, it is also the most expensive. You will be issued a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen items in a claim, must be filed prior to receiving a replacement.


Customs has a lot of constant changes in the custom fees for every individual country, we cannot guarantee that your country will or will not have custom fees added on to your order. If custom fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges not NL. If the package is rejected by the customer, and sent back to us by the carrier due to the customers decision, I’m not paying their countries custom fee then a refund will be process to the customer wants the shipment arrives back to our processing center in after the 25% restocking fee is subtracted from the total of the order.
