Natural Livity ensures routing the delivery of your product to the address submitted at the time of your purchase. Should you fail to give the correct address, Natural Livity and the delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a replacement or refund.
If your package never arrived to you, a claim must be submitted to the carrier before receiving a replacement. Depending on the circumstance of the missing or stolen package, we can provide a replacement or store credit.
If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition from our end, you have 3 business days from the time of delivery to notify us (via email) with adequate proof by photo/video. The evidence must show the entirety of the product or package in a compromised/incomplete condition. We'll then issue a store credit or replacement.
We’re not responsible for refunds related to your shipping charges, as the obligation was fulfilled on our end. Please keep in mind of your countries importing restrictions.
Refunds requested due to no longer wanting the product(s) post-shipment, unpaid custom fees, rejections from country that do not allow the importation of herbal teas, or refused by you or the delivery service will NOT be eligible for a store credit or refund. NO refunds after the product is shipped unless it is in unsatisfactory condition. Must provide video in boxed shipped.
Items not eligible for a refund include but are not limited to, those purchased under a sale or promotional item, gift cards, and liquid products.
Once your items are returned and inspected by our team, depending on the returned item(s) circumstance, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

We do understand that each person is unique and may have varying integrations regarding their experience, also, diet has an effect. we cannot morally resell these consumables for safety concerns. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping back to p.o. box 1850. The original and return shipping charges will not be credited.
